Machine Operator - Essential Oils Production

We are a growing business located in Opa-Locka, FL, specializing in essential oils and fragrance oils. We are seeking a dedicated, hard-working, and dependable Machine Operator to join our team full-time. This role is crucial to our production process and requires someone with experience in a production or machine operation setting.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a filling machine using a graphical user interface (basic computer skills required).
• Perform routine cleaning, cycling, and loading of the machine.
• Monitor production quality, recognize when adjustments are needed, and make necessary changes to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of the machine as you gain experience.
• Keep the work area organized, ensuring tools are stored properly and the machine is left in good condition at the end of each shift.
• Support other warehouse tasks as needed, including picking, packing, and labeling outgoing shipments, and maintaining a clean warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing setting.
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with machine operation is preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures, read data from fill lists, and make necessary adjustments.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn and grow within the company.
• Must be able to work a fixed schedule from 7am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
