Responsibilities

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including federal, state, and local taxes
• Reviewing engagement work papers, resolving problems, and keeping the director informed of all important developments
• Provide feedback to Associates and Senior Associates
• Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liability
• Review and analyze financial statements to identify tax issues and opportunities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in public accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Efficiency in Microsoft Suite products
• Excellent communicator verbally and written
• Well-organized and detail oriented
