Job Description

Looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter to join this team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract and hire top-tier talent in software engineering, data science, AI/ML, and analytics. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, drive employer branding efforts, and be an advocate for values and culture. This position demands a deep understanding of the tech landscape, the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, and a strategic approach to identifying and securing talent in highly global competitive markets.

Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer for technical roles, including data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and analytics experts.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates using various tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow etc. College Recruiting and Outreach)
2. Stakeholder Management:
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture.
• Partner with leadership to anticipate hiring needs, provide market insights, and offer strategic guidance on talent acquisition.
3. Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication, providing timely feedback, and addressing questions proactively.
• Act as a brand ambassador, sharing mission, values, and unique product market fit points to attract candidates aligned with vision.
4. Employer Branding & Market Research:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen employer brand and attract diverse, top-tier talent globally. Established networks in India a +

5. Data-Driven Recruitment:
• Utilize analytics and recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing, evaluate candidate pipelines, and improve processes.
• Present recruitment data, pipeline status, and progress updates to leadership on a regular basis.
6. Process Improvement:
• Continuously seek ways to streamline recruiting processes and introduce best practices that elevate hiring standards.
• Implement innovative sourcing tools and techniques, including AI-powered recruitment software and analytics.

Requirements:
• Experience: 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development, AI/ML, and data analytics roles, and the ability to evaluate candidates for complex technical positions.
• Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated experience sourcing passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
• Global Recruiting: Proven track record of recruiting globally, with an understanding of varying international recruitment landscapes.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve recruitment strategies.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment with shifting priorities and high hiring targets.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Tools: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software; familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools is a plus.
