As a Full-Time Senior Marketing Specialist at the Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland, your day kicks off with an engaging team meeting alongside the Marketing & Communications team, where you'll discuss ongoing projects, brainstorm upcoming campaigns, and share vital updates. You'll have opportunities to enhance your knowledge by participating in webinars, keeping you informed about current initiatives and best practices. Collaboration is key, as you work closely with different departments to gather essential information for newsletters and email campaigns, ensuring all content remains accurate and aligned with our organizational goals. In the afternoon, you'll manage event postings in our event management software, meticulously updating details to get ready for promotion.

You'll conclude your day by reviewing the performance of active campaigns, providing insights to refine future strategies and ensure our marketing efforts continue to thrive.
