Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential apartment community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property staff, maintaining the property, ensuring tenant satisfaction, housing applications and more.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment community, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Handle leasing inquiries, showings, tenant applications, and lease agreements.
Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including property inspections and documentation.
Supervise and manage on-site staff, including maintenance and leasing teams.
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
Ensure that the property complies with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations..
Handle rent collections, late fees, and payment processing.
Address tenant complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Implement and maintain effective marketing strategies to maximize occupancy.
Foster a positive, safe, and welcoming community environment for residents.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role in residential property management.
Strong understanding of property management best practices, local laws, and regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems efficiently.
Knowledge of property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate staff.
High level of professionalism and customer service.
Property Management certification (CPM, ARM, or equivalent) is a plus
