About our Ministry Hospital at Home Patient Care Technicians:
Hospital at home is a newly implemented service that Mercy offers to individuals who are eligible to complete hospitalization at home! PCT daily responsibilities will include vital signs, ADLs, documenting intakes and outputs, hygiene, nutrition, patient safety and positioning, specimen collection, wound care, IV, cultures, phlebotomy, supply ordering, and other additional skills at the home and at our Mercy at home hub! As a PCT with Mercy’s at home program you must be flexible, adaptable, dynamic, reliable, personable, positive, and motivated! This position is an innovative role and allows for growth and learning experiences! In this role you will get the opportunity for hands-on experience, enhance your development of essential knowledge and skills, expand your skillsets of at home experiences, gain valuable patient knowledge, collaboration, and networking opportunities!

Overview:
Under the direction of the RN or LPN, assists in the individualized care of the patient to achieve the patients highest level of wellness. Works cooperatively with others as part of a team; recognizes the importance of group goals. Performs designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to providing care to the patient.
