TheraEx Staffing Services - APP is seeking a CRNA Anesthesia for a locum tenens job in Florence, Oregon.
Job Description & Requirements Job Details:
•\tPay: $190 Hr.
•\tSchedule: 7a-4p regular day, then call 4p-7a; weekends are 7a-7a call; weekdays have day off when post call
•\tCall Schedule/Responsibilities: Rotation for weeknight and weekend call; rounding/consults/admissions/sedation/procedures
•\tType of Patients/Cases: Adult, pediatric, geriatric, newborn
•\tPatients per shift: 6-8
•\tEMR: Epic - provider must be proficient.
•\tWill consider all options but prefer at least a week a month of coverage; preference is for a full time position.
•\tCredentialing timeframe: 60 days
Requirements:
•\tActive unrestricted OR License
•\tActive ACLS & BLS certifications
•\tPALS & NRP are not required, but preferred.
•\tMinimum 3 years of experience
•\tBoard Certified
•\tFull-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
•\tMust be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
