We are seeking a Maintenance Technician Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment. This role involves supervising maintenance activities, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians.
• Conduct weekly meetings.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor work progress.
• Manage maintenance supplies and equipment inventory.
• Assist in budget preparation and control of maintenance costs.
• Perform duties to install and maintain production machines and plan facility's equipment.
• Perform mechanical skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, troubleshooting, and repair of machines.
• Diagnose malfunctions, replace or repair parts, and test the proper functioning of machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Abide by the company mission, vision, and values.
• Maintain preventative maintenance logs.
• Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Truss manufacturing equipment experience is a plus.
• Must be able to perform duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds at a time – occasionally.
