Key Responsibilities:
As a Medical Assistant at Charleston Plastic Surgery, you’ll play an integral role by:

• Providing Patient Care: Rooming patients, assisting surgeons during consultations and procedures, and triaging.
• Coordinating Appointments: Managing patient check-ins, scheduling follow-ups, and verifying insurance benefits.
• Administrative Support: Scanning records, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to HIPAA protocols.
• Clinic Operations: Preparing exam rooms, ensuring workspace cleanliness, and assisting in both front and back office tasks as needed.

What You Bring:

• Prior experience as a medical assistant is preferred, but not required 
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional professionalism, organizational abilities, and polished communication skills.
• Empathy, compassion, and the ability to support patients throughout their surgical journey.
• Flexibility to travel between our Mt. Pleasant and Summerville locations as needed.
