You Are: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Field and Events Marketing leader to spearhead our efforts in developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record of planning and executing high-impact events, managing global field marketing activities, and driving brand awareness. Your expertise in leveraging events, PR, and other marketing activities for demand generation campaigns to deliver MQLs and SQLs is unparalleled. You possess strong leadership skills, creativity, experience working with regional teams, and a deep understanding of demand generation marketing campaigns. Your ability to foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, coupled with your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, makes you the ideal candidate to lead and mentor a global team of field and events marketing professionals. What You'll Be Doing: Developing and executing a comprehensive global field and events marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. Planning and overseeing high-impact events, including SNUG (Synopsys' flagship event) and field marketing activities to drive brand awareness, customer and partner engagement, and sales pipeline growth. Designing and implementing demand generation campaigns leveraging events and other marketing activities to generate leads in support of regional sales objectives. Leading and mentoring a global team of field and events marketing professionals. Fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and excellence. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external ecosystem partners to drive strategic marketing initiatives. Analyzing market data and customer insights to inform strategy and improve marketing effectiveness. Developing and managing the global field and events marketing budget. Establishing KPIs and metrics to measure the success of field and events marketing initiatives and regularly reporting on performance. Generating high-quality leads through well-executed demand generation campaigns, supporting regional sales objectives. Strengthening relationships with internal and external ecosystem partners to drive strategic marketing initiatives. Utilizing market data and customer insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and effectiveness. Efficiently managing the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Providing data-driven recommendations to enhance the success of field and events marketing initiatives. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 15+ years of experience in field and events marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of planning and executing high-impact events and field marketing activities. Extensive experience with demand generation campaigns leveraging events and other marketing activities. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices in events, field marketing, and demand generation. Experience managing budgets and measuring marketing performance.
