The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing educational events that enhance our customer’s experience and contribute to the overall success of our retail operations. Key Responsibilities: Events Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate and execute educational events within the retail space Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event logistics Content Development: Work closely with subject matter experts to develop educational content relevant to our industry and products. Ensure that educational materials align with the brand and engage our target audience. Attendee Engagement: Implement strategies to maximize attendee engagement during educational events. Foster a positive and interactive learning environment. Logistics Management: Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and materials production. Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness. Promotion and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote educational events through various channels. Utilize digital platforms and traditional marketing methods to reach target audiences. Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to evaluate the success of educational events. Provide recommendations for improvement and future event planning. Collaboration with Educational Partners: Build and maintain relationships with educational partners, schools, and institutions. Explore opportunities for collaborative initiatives to enhance our educational offerings. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of event planning and execution. Generate post-event reports highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Education or a related field Proven experience in event coordination and educational program planning Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Creative thinker with the ability to innovate educational events concepts. Familiarity with the retail industry and understanding of customer engagement. Proficient in Microsoft Office and event software Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Passion for education and commitment to delivering high quality events.
