Work Schedule & Location: This is a full-time role, typically from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime, night, or weekend work as project needs arise. Job sites are primarily in the greater Jacksonville, FL area and surrounding counties.

GET TO KNOW THE ROLE

As a Commercial Construction Foreman - Sheet Metal Mechanic, you start your day by reviewing project plans and collaborating with project managers to ensure every detail is on track. Your morning is filled with fabricating and installing high-quality sheet metal ductwork and air-side equipment, all while providing hands-on guidance to your crew. You expertly manage man-hour reports and keep clients informed, ensuring that each project meets our high standards for quality and safety. With your leadership, your team not only completes the job but does so with pride and precision.

To qualify for this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of mechanical commercial construction experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Safety-conscious, punctual, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
