Job Description: A facility in Herrin, IL is looking for an Endoscopy RN to provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient health in various healthcare settings. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop treatment plans, educate patients on health management, and ensure compliance with medical protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and respond to emergencies promptly. Focus on patient advocacy and delivering compassionate care to promote recovery and well-being.
Required Experience/Skills: Minimum of 2 years experience; Proficiency with the following procedures - colon, egd, ERCP, peg tube, esophageal stent, and pain procedures. Able to perform moderate sedation
Required Lic/Certs: Illinois State Nursing License, BLS
Charting: Epic
Shift: Days (7:00 am - 3:30 pm); On-call required
Duration: 13 weeks
