* Process individual trust account deposits/distributions
* Process profit sharing participant notice mailings and distributions
* Process 1099 tax forms and mailings for all trust distributions
* Process wire transfers for trust investment purchases
* Performs unclaimed trust voucher research
* Enters trust transaction activity into Trust Processor automated system
* Assists with Trust Committee Meeting reports and/or copies
* Creates charitable trust application summary
* Process Treasury Bill purchase/sale transactions
* Assist manager with audit/examination copies
* Supports shareholder area with shareholder visits, stock transfers, address updates on shareholder system, shareholder report reviewer, shareholder mailings, reporting lost
* Maintains end of year car mileage report
* Supports safe deposit area in providing access/open/close of boxes
* Serves as reviewer for safe deposit unpaid reports
* Assists with medallion signature guarantee updates
* Process distribution tax withholding deposits
