Salary: $135,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Draft and implement comprehensive estate plans for clients, including wills, trusts, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice to clients on estate planning and asset protection, ensuring their assets are secure and their wishes are carried out.
Stay updated on the latest developments in estate planning, tax law, and asset protection to provide the most accurate and effective advice to clients.
Collaborate with tax professionals and financial advisors to develop strategies to reduce estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
Handle probate and trust administration processes, including the preparation of estate tax returns.
Review and interpret wills and trusts for legal compliance and accuracy.
Conduct legal research and analysis on various estate planning and tax law matters.
Develop strong relationships with clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in estate planning, wills, trusts, tax law, and asset protection.
Demonstrated knowledge of estate planning techniques and strategies, as well as a strong understanding of federal and state tax laws.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Strong commitment to client service and demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
