We are seeking a sushi Chef to join our team! If you are a talented chef with passion of crafting exceptional sushi dishes, we would love to have you to join us!
Responsibilities:

• oversee day to day culinary operation
• coordinate food orders
• check freshness and quality of ingredients
• assist in the development of menu items
• standardize recipes and plates preparations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for sushi ingredients
• Train and supervise junior sushi chefs

Qualifications:

• 3+year’s previous experience in sushi related field, culinary arts and/or cooking
• In-depth knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
• Proficiency in working with sharp knives and other kitchen equipment
• knowledge of cost and labor system
• passion for food and cooking techniques
• ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills within the culinary team
• Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday as needed.
