Job Description

• Software Test Analyst Resources are responsible for validating the full functionality of systems, interoperability with databases, and horizontal and vertical integration with other interfaced systems (end to end).
• They develop test cases (both manual and automated), ensuring traceability to User Story acceptance criteria, executing test plans, compiling test results, and providing support to the client's testers as needed.
• Software Test Analyst Resources do not access Federal Tax Information.
  

Requirements

Basic Qualifications (Mandatory):

• An Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Over 5 years’ experience supporting IT system development
• Formal education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field can be substituted for the following years of experience:
• Bachelor's degree: 1 year
• Master's degree: 2 years
• Responsible for developing and executing test scripts, documents test results.
• Completing multiple phases of test, including system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• In providing quality assurance support to the development, maintenance, or enhancement of systems through testing, problem reporting and analysis, and participation in system implementation.
• Execution of Automation scripts for Mobile, Website UI and web services.
• Analyzing system requirements, creating test data and test plans to ensure that new and revised systems meet the customers' needs.
• Experience with SDLC, waterfall and Agile systems development.
• Knowledge of best practices for software testing methodology and techniques.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for testing software.
• Experience with Issue and Project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and automated software test tracking tools.
