Social Media / Customer Service (North Miami)

Job description
Our teams journey is to change the retail landscape online and instore with our great brands with licensed character driven content to make history together. Looking for someone who is a big kid at heart that can think outside the box for Toys & sport products! You will be working in a fast-paced company and participate with content for social media for some of the best name brands in the world. You will be working closely with our Marketing Manager & our VP of new business development. This position will be responsible to grow, support and moderate all our exclusive toy reviewers. This includes social media communities such as (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, LinkedIn & YouTube). This role will focus efforts on meaningful and helpful engagement to include delivering helpful guidance and motivation, identifying opportunities for social engagement, and providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

English (Required)

Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Email Marketing Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Digital Analytics Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

1+ years of experience in a marketing- or writing-focused role

1+ years of client facing digital experience or equivalent (social, digital content, influencer, interactive, paid, etc.

Experience following an editorial style guide.

Digital analytics experience platform Example such as Google Analytics.

Attention to detail and organizational skills and the aptitude to handle multiple clients and projects at once with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Social media copywriting and publishing, management of influencers, management of digital content creation.

A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.

An exceptional eye for detail on product and content.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Have a positive attitude to all projects given.

Great communication skills.

  • Proactively setting quarterly goals with the manager; tracking against goals and demonstrating growth
  • Effectively prioritizing responsibilities based on impact, timelines, workflow, and client goals.
  • Identifying areas for self-improvement and bringing suggestions and solutions to management
  • Attending networking seminars and training, as required to maintain personal professional development and to build networking and new business contacts.
