Job Title: Snow Removal Workers and Plow Drivers

Pay Range: $17/hour - $27/hour

Location: Various sites in Colorado Springs, CO

About Us: Goodwill Staffing partners with HOAs and landscape companies to provide skilled and reliable staffing solutions. We are currently seeking snow removal workers and plow drivers for the upcoming winter and spring seasons.

Job Description: We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as snow removal workers and plow drivers. The positions are on-call and require the ability to commute to various sites at short notice. You must be available to work early mornings and sometimes on short notice.

Responsibilities:

• Perform snow removal services at various locations

• Operate plow trucks and other snow removal equipment

• Ensure safety and efficiency in snow removal operations

• Communicate effectively with site managers and team members

Requirements:

• Must have warm clothes, gloves, hand warmers, boots, warm hats, and other cold winter gear

• Ability to be on-call and available on short notice

• Reliable transportation to commute to various sites

• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay ranges from $17/hour to $27/hour
