Compensation:

$85,000 - $177,500 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Promptly reach out to leads and inquiries in Palos Verdes, CA, US to provide timely assistance
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis specific to Palos Verdes to ensure accurate pricing of property listings
  • Engage in proactive prospecting and lead generation activities tailored to the local market
  • Guide clients through the final stages of the home-buying process in Palos Verdes for a seamless closing experience
  • Assist sellers in Palos Verdes with pricing, staging, and marketing strategies to attract potential buyers efficiently
  • Convert pre-qualified leads from sales agents into scheduled listing appointments to drive business growth in Palos Verdes
  • Implement the team's strategic plan for cohesive operations in Palos Verdes
  • Foster a collaborative approach as a team player within the organization in Palos Verdes
  • Seek clarity by asking relevant questions to ensure effective communication in Palos Verdes
  • Efficiently coordinate and schedule listing appointments in Palos Verdes

Qualifications:
