Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Product Lead with deep expertise in Radio Frequency (RF) applications. You will lead our efforts in developing groundbreaking RF simulation software and bring to life a future vision that is currently lacking in the industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy, development, and execution for RF simulation software for SI, EMI, EMC, and antenna design.
  • Define software product roadmaps
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure product success from development to launch.
  • Engage directly with customers and industry experts to gather feedback and refine the product vision.
  • Drive the commercialization strategy for RF products

Requirements

  • Deep technical experience in RF: Minimum 5+ years of experience in SI, EMI, EMC, or antenna design, with hands-on experience in designing and simulating RF components and systems.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset: The candidate must possess a passion for innovation and a drive to lead change within the industry.
  • Technical expertise and business acumen: Ability to bridge the gap between technical excellence and market demand.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced degree: A master's or PhD in electrical engineering, physics, or a closely related field.
