Role: Promoter
Reporting to: Head of Nightlife Operations
The Promoter is responsible for driving guest engagement and increasing foot traffic to the Golden Gai Lounge through strategic marketing initiatives and relationship building. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for nightlife and an understanding of the hospitality industry.
Primary Job Duties:
Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL STRATEGIES:
Develop and execute creative promotional campaigns and events to attract new guests and retain existing customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching promotional materials, including social media content, flyers, and email campaigns.
Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email, and partnerships, to promote upcoming events and special offerings.
GUEST RELATIONS: Build and maintain relationships with guests, influencers, and key community members to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.
Act as a liaison between the lounge and the community, attending events and networking opportunities to promote the lounge's offerings.
Engage with guests on-site to provide information about promotions, events, and membership programs.
EVENT MANAGEMENT: Assist in planning and coordinating special events, themed nights, and promotional activities that align with the lounge's brand and guest preferences.
Work closely with the Head of Nightlife Operations to ensure smooth execution of events, including staffing, logistics, and guest experience.
DATA ANALYSIS: Monitor guest feedback and attendance trends to assess the effectiveness of promotional strategies.
Use insights gained to refine and adapt marketing efforts for future promotions and events.
BRAND AMBASSADOR: Represent WAKUDA at industry events, community gatherings, and promotional activities to enhance the brand's presence and reputation.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for engagement.
Job Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in promotions, marketing, or sales, preferably within the nightlife or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies to effectively promote events and drive guest engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for networking and relationship-building.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for promotions and events.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to align with the nightlife schedule and attend events.
