Position: Production Associate

Location: Howell, MI

Multiple Shifts:
• 1st (6:00am – 2:30pm)
• 2nd (2:00pm – 10:30pm)
• 3rd (10:00pm – 6:30am)
• Every Other Weekend Required (both Saturday and Sunday)

Weekly Pay:
• All Shifts: $17.00/hr
• Over-time (1.5x) after 40 hrs/wk - $25.50/hr
• Double Time (2x) on Sundays - $34.00/hr
• Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit or Pay Card

Job Summary:
If you’re looking to escape automotive manufacturing or food/customer service, we have an opportunity for you! Since 1908, this facility has been dedicated to one thing: producing quality products consumers can count on. This location is the lead manufacturer or outlet-free, flame-free air fresheners, sold in local retailers for every day consumers like us. To be successful in this role, you must have great attendance and attitude, as well as be able to meet/exceed production goals.

Job Description:
• Machine Operation : Safely operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of products at various stages of production to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Palletizing : Organize and stack finished products onto pallets for storage and shipment, ensuring proper weight distribution and stability.
• Labeling : Accurately label products according to specifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Collaboration : Work closely with team members to maintain production schedules, resolve issues, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Other: Any and all other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• 1+ years of manufacturing or assembly line experience. Forklift experience is a bonus.
• Ability to operate machinery and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be available for overtime and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.
