Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completes work requests as directed by Entertainment Supervisor/Manager regarding installation of all audio-visual equipment, projection and lighting equipment and coordinating work with users.
Responsible for the security, storage, transportation and routine maintenance of all equipment, accounts for all inventories before and after each event.
Responsible for Legends Bands.
Help with maintenance and repair or set up of equipment.
Assist with setup of banquet tech needs.
Assist with sounds needs in the EDR/ Other special events in-house.
Works directly with Security to ensure that all band members are properly badged and interrupted due to start time. Also escort for band members to the performance area and EDR via back of house hallway and instruct on proper badge and inform of the "stage act" rules.
Creates and updates all documentation relating to systems, equipment, and user locations.
Researches enhancements to the network environment, identifying benefits and concerns that could affect the company's current processes and procedures.
Performs monthly audits and assists with forecasts equipment needs and planning projects.
Performs the designs, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs, related to machine operating systems.
Performs audio and video program editing
Directly interacts with internal and external guest to meet and exceeds their needs
Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and business policies.
Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older upon employment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
4-5 years working in Audio/Video Production preferred.
Two years audio/visual experience required, including operational knowledge with video projections DVD/VCR, karaoke machine, soundboard, etc.
Experience with wiring schemas including optic fiber required.
Knowledge of audio visual equipment in a casino entertainment environment.
Previous experience providing IT support preferred.
Previous experience working in a casino is preferred but not a requirement.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
Must be resourceful, utilizing all resources that are available to resolve issues.
Must be able to work independently.
Must demonstrate good judgment.
Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Must present a well-groomed and professional appearance.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.
Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.
Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license.
Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
