Commercial Business Development Executive - Build Your Empire in the East Bay The Ground Floor Opportunity
Ready to dominate commercial sales in a new territory? Rolling Suds, the nation's largest power washing company, is launching in the East Bay/Tri-Valley area. As a true Business Development Executive, you'll build our commercial presence from scratch, developing and owning relationships across the territory. With over 30 years of industry leadership and a reputation built on excellence, we're bringing professional power washing services to a market hungry for quality.
The Money We believe in rewarding success. Starting with a base salary of $50K, our tiered commission structure rewards your growth:
- Up to 10% commission on sales
- Top performers earn $100,000-$500,000 annually
- Brand new Tesla Model 3
- Gas card and expenses covered

What Success Looks Like This role is about building a commercial book of business while supporting our high-end residential clients. Our most successful sales hunters thrive on activity and results. Here's what winning looks like:
- Target 25 quality commercial site visits weekly
- Convert visits into 8 solid commercial estimates
- Maintain 90% follow-up rate within one week
- Host Lunch & Learns with property managers
- Build referral partnerships
- Network at industry events
- Track all activity in our CRM
