What Will You Do : + Clean and turnover operating rooms (6 - 10 rooms/day) including all equipment, bed, floor, appliances, and overhead lights in the ORs or that were used on the particular cases. + Assist with transferring patients on and off the gurney. + If needed, provide necessary articles for transport, including oxygen tanks, monitors, patient charts, documents, and supplies, and transport recovery beds or patient beds to appropriate rooms. An ideal candidate will be dependable, hard working, is a self-starter and has previous housekeeping experience. Work Schedule : + This position will work 36 hours per week. + Monday - Fridays, 9:00am - 5:00pm Minimum Qualifications : + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Experience working in housekeeping, central supply or surgery transportation preferred. + Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and supplies preferred.
