Job Description: - Client is seeking a Deliverability and Email Insights Manager with expertise in email deliverability, remediation, and data analytics to join client's team.
- This role is focused on ensuring optimal email deliverability, managing remediation strategies, and conducting analytical reviews of email performance data to extract valuable business insights.
- Candidate will work closely with client's email platform and marketing teams to drive impactful changes based on performance trends and deliverability health metrics.
What candidate will do: Email Deliverability Management: - Monitor and maintain email deliverability health metrics across ISPs, ensuring client's emails reach the intended inboxes.
- Identify and implement strategies to optimize deliverability, such as IP warming, DNS settings, and authentication protocols.
- Conduct deliverability audits and implement remediation plans to address issues related to spam traps, blocklists, and sender reputation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deliverability best practices within marketing campaigns.
Remediation and Compliance: - Develop and execute remediation plans for any email delivery issues or declines in engagement metrics.
- Ensure all email practices comply with industry regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other international email laws.
- Serve as the point of contact for troubleshooting deliverability issues and communicating solutions across teams.
Performance Data Analysis: - Analyze email marketing performance data, including open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversions, to provide actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and identify trends or anomalies in email campaign performance.
- Work with data and marketing teams to define and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email effectiveness.
- Translate data findings into strategic recommendations that support broader marketing goals and increase engagement and ROI.
Strategy and Optimization: - Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to refine email strategies based on performance insights and deliverability improvements.
- Provide guidance on email segmentation, content, and cadence to improve overall email health and engagement.
- Regularly present findings, recommendations, and industry best practices to key stakeholders.
Who candidates are: Minimum requirements: - Candidates have 6 plus years of experience in deliverability management and email analytics while working within a distributed, highly matrixed environment
- 5 plus years of experience in email marketing, with a strong focus on deliverability and data analysis.
- Proven expertise in managing email deliverability, including experience with deliverability tools (e.g., Return Path, Litmus, or 250ok).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, compliance laws, and privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDP, CASL)
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders based on data-driven insights.
- A collaborative mindset with an eagerness to contribute to the collective goals of the team
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills for creating clear policies and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and excels in maintaining a high level of efficiency while working independently in a globally distributed setting
- Thrives in solving ambiguous problems and sees opportunities where others see chaos
Pay Range: $50 - $60
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
