Purpose of Job To develop, build and maintain Newegg's product presence and business outside existing markets. Job Description Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing databaseand display advertising campaigns. Take ownership to grow the e-commerce channel with a laser-focus on new customer acquisition and conversion. Develop customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing plans Establish our product positioning, messaging, and outline our key points of differentiation Monitor performance KPIs for changes in trends, share insights and make recommendations to the marketing team. Act as an advocate and champion for the business unit to build company-wide awareness and educate internal organizations. Configure and use website/marketing analytics and testing platforms to measure the performance of experiments Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. 3+ years relevant job experience in product marketing, performance marketing or business management. Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Good written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Must have a high level of creativity. Excellent attention to detail. Highly organize and can function with minimal guidance. Ability to multi-task. Be able to work under pressure and excel at managing timelines. Essential Mental & Physical Function Mental Functions: Decisions have major implications on the management and operations of an area within a department. Office cubicle environment with minimal exposure to the environment or health hazards. Pay Transparency This job posting may span more than one job level. The base salary range for this position in Diamond bar is $85000 - $105000 annually.
