Marketing Coordinator (Contractor Position - Part-Time, Remote)

Compensation

Pay Range: Negotiable based on experience

What You'll Do

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (both digital and offline).
Develop engaging content for websites, social media, emails, and marketing materials.
Manage social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Coordinate and promote events, webinars, and product launches.
Maintain and update marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and email templates.
Conduct market research and data analysis to guide marketing strategies.
Track and report on campaign performance, offering insights for improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Manage relationships with external vendors and marketing partners.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Adobe Suite).
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the utilities industry (electric, gas, water, or telecom) is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid social media advertising.
Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
Background in email marketing and automation platforms.

Other Requirements

Availability to work across U.S. time zones as needed.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
