About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director Operating Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational improvements within the portfolio companies in a hands-on and direct manner. This role requires a professional with a strong background as a COO, and a track record of successful exits under private equity sponsors, particularly in the industrials, service, consumer, and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate for this position at the company will have a proven ability to lead and implement strategic operational initiatives that enhance the performance and value of the portfolio. Key responsibilities include working closely with the management teams of the portfolio companies to identify and execute on operational efficiencies, cost reduction strategies, and revenue growth opportunities. The role demands a leader who can effectively partner with the investment team to ensure that operational improvements align with the overall investment strategy and contribute to the long-term success of the portfolio. A hands-on approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence and drive change are essential for this position.
