A luxury jewelry store in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a Luxury Retail Associate to handle clients, service their needs, and manage repairs. The ideal candidate should be friendly, professional, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Sunday-Thursday
• Assist clients with their purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle jewelry repairs and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage inventory and ensure the display is attractive and organized.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and store promotions.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

• Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role.
