Overview We are looking for a strategic and knowledgeable Employee Relations Consultant to join our team. You will offer expert consultation on leveraging HR Acuity to optimize the platform for creating consistent and compliant practices related to employee relations issues, including investigations, performance management, and organizational changes. Your responsibilities will include reviewing current practices, assessing processes, and making actionable recommendations to enhance process consistency, organizational design, professional capabilities, and compliance, all while leveraging data to achieve our customers' employee relations goals. The Opportunity Partner with the GTM team, specifically sales enablement, to develop training that ensures the sales and customer success teams are equipped to understand prospect and customer needs at all stages of their ERQ Journey (the employee relations maturity model). Develop pre-implementation workshops for new clients to understand their current state, provide advice on the best path forward, and ensure implementation and adoption goals are set and met. Consult with current customers on HR Acuity best practices and make recommendations to ensure the most value, drive strong adoption and identify opportunities for expansion. Work closely with the professional services team to develop “out of the box” implementation tools for smaller clients that can be used to scale while still incorporating best practices. Contribute regularly to HR Acuity and empowER thought leadership, through blog posts, empower articles and speaking events, and become an HR/ER expert on social media. Identify, attend and speak at professional conferences as a corporate representative of HR Acuity and to promulgate the need for enterprise employee risk management. Work with Product teams to do market research for consideration in the product roadmap. Partner with an AI Innovation cross-functional team to identify and prioritize how we infuse AI throughout our entire solution to drive a best-in-class ER experience that is highly differentiated in the market. Monitor, update, and supplement the Thought Leadership Bot. Develop a process for continuous improvement. Help build a new function as we grow and scale this team. Qualifications Bring your 10+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and enterprise environments. HR Acuity Platform user experience required. Leverage your deep knowledge of labor laws and regulations to guide clients effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated capability using consulting skills through HR work to identify true client or business partner needs and recommend the best solutions to address them Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Perks and Benefits Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $145,000-$175,000/year base pay; bonus eligible. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
