About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team at the Courtyard in Coatesville. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens and towels are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. You will work closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure that all guest rooms are stocked with fresh linens and towels. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing the laundry room and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning products
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Sort and wash all linens and towels according to company standards
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers and dryers
• Fold and organize all linens and towels for efficient storage and use
• Maintain inventory of all linens and towels, and notify management when supplies are running low
• Collaborate with Housekeeping team to ensure that all guest rooms are stocked with fresh linens and towels

Skills:

As a Laundry Attendant, you will utilize your strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that all linens and towels are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. You will also use your ability to work independently and as part of a team to collaborate with the Housekeeping team to ensure that all guest rooms are stocked with fresh linens and towels. Additionally, your knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning products will be utilized to operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers and dryers. Your ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish will also be beneficial in this role, as you will be working with a diverse team and guest population.
