Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality vinyl installations on various surfaces, such as vehicles, construction walls, storefronts, and windows, ensuring precise application and long-lasting results.

• Perform detailed site assessments to plan the most effective installation approach, confirming substrate compatibility.

• Thoroughly prepare surfaces by cleaning, priming, and performing other essential pre-installation steps to guarantee strong adhesion and durability.

• Utilize expert-level wet mounting and other advanced techniques to achieve superior adhesion and professional finishes.

• Carry out vinyl cutting, weeding, and lamination tasks using heat guns, torches, and specialized tools for complex installations.

• Work with a variety of substrates, including acrylic, foam board, gator board, glass metal, and construction walls, adjusting techniques to suit the unique properties of each surface for optimal installation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a vinyl installer or a similar role, with a proven history of successful installations and high client satisfaction.

• Understanding of vinyl installation techniques, including proficiency with industry standards materials and tools.

• Familiarity with leading suppliers like 3M and Avery and confidence working with different vinyl finishes (gloss, matte, luster).

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong dedication to maintaining the highest standards of quality in every project, ensuring flawless and durable installations.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills that promote effective teamwork with designers, printers, and other team members, facilitating accurate and timely project completion.

Pay

$17.00 - $19.00 Per Hour DOE

Schedule

Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday
