We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Healthcare Recruiter in the bustling city of Saint Paul, Minnesota. The role is within the healthcare and social assistance industry, specifically focusing on hospitals. The position will involve full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to making job offers, within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for sourcing candidates in the healthcare field, specifically for licensed positions such as physicians, medical assistants, LPNs, RNAs, and nurse practitioners.
• Utilize various recruiting sources and applicant tracking systems, including Careerbuilder and CRM, to manage candidate information and progress through the recruiting cycle.
• Conduct thorough background checks and phone screens to ensure candidate suitability.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions, prioritizing based on urgency and need.
• Engage in community outreach for sourcing candidates, demonstrating creativity and resourcefulness to overcome budget constraints.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of the recruiting process, including guides and scripts.
• Drive strategy on candidate sourcing, identifying trends and potential sourcing areas.
• Ensure a customer-service focused approach when interacting with potential candidates and handling inquiries.
• Maintain a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process, respecting language and pronouns.
• Utilize LinkedIn and UKG systems for recruiting and candidate management.• Minimum of 5 years experience in a recruiting role, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in using Careerbuilder for sourcing potential candidates
• Demonstrated experience in using a CRM to manage and track applicant data
• Experience with Applicant Track System for streamlining recruitment processes
• Ability to conduct thorough background checks to ensure candidate suitability
• Proven skills in cold calling as a technique for sourcing candidates
• Experience in full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
• Knowledge of various recruiting sources and how to leverage them effectively
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
• Demonstrated success in executing recruiting strategy to attract high-quality candidates.
