Job Title: Full Desk Recruiter

Location: North White Plains, NY 10603 (Hybrid-Remote)

Job Type: Full time

Overview:

This is an entry-level Full Desk Recruiter position in White Plains, NY, with a focus on making calls, dealing with rejection, and maximizing earning potential through uncapped commissions. No prior experience is required, but a coachable attitude and eagerness to learn are essential. The role involves working in the office at least three days a week, with the possibility of a remote work or a hybrid schedule.

Compensation and Benefits: Please note, this is a commission-only role. Commissions are uncapped with a lucrative structure. Full-time role (minimum 40 hours per week) with the potential to earn more by putting in extra time.

General Responsibilities.

  • Making phone calls consistently, handling rejection effectively and maintaining a positive attitude, working towards achieving and exceeding targets, collaborating with team members to meet recruitment goals
  • Business Development (including cold calling), managing and maintaining relationships, taking/hosting meetings about new jobs, sourcing candidates, recruiting, interviewing candidates, setting up interviews between candidates and hiring managers, staying organized, owning the process from start to finish

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, motivated by financial incentives and success-driven mindset
  • Experience not necessary
  • Tenacity, coachability, eager to learn, money hungry, able to get on-site, un-phased by rejection, an ability to make a lot of calls, willingness to make cold calls
