What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using AI-assisted job matching Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and optimize candidate selection Conduct interviews and provide feedback on applications to candidates Participate in Jobrain's Recruiter Points & Leveling System through active candidate evaluations and placements Work alongside consultants and career advisors on high-potential candidates

What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition Strong understanding of candidate evaluation, job matching, and sourcing strategies Ability to work independently in a remote, freelance environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus
