As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, driver management, compliance with regulations, and optimizing fleet performance.

Salary: $75 - $85k

M-F 1st shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily fleet operations, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with drivers to address concerns and enhance communication.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and manage necessary documentation.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for fleet maintenance and repairs. Prepare and manage the fleet budget, including costs for fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in fleet management or transportation operations.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
