Schedule: Monday–Thursday 2 PM–10 PM, Friday 12 PM–7 PM

Our Nashville location serves a diverse and growing member base, with excellent opportunities to expand our personal training services. We are building our personal training department and looking for a passionate, results-driven Fitness Sales Specialist to join our team.

What You’ll Do
• Drive Sales: Conduct consultations to identify members’ fitness goals and recommend personal training packages.
• Lead Generation: Make outbound phone calls to leads and members to schedule consultations and complimentary sessions.
• Perform Free Training Sessions: Showcase the value of personal training to prospective clients.
• Bilingual Communication: Engage effectively in both English and Spanish with our diverse member base.
• Support Membership Sales: Occasionally provide tours, sign guests up for memberships, and assist with the front desk as needed.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
• Sales Experience: At least 2 years of proven success in sales, preferably in fitness or service industries.
• Fitness Knowledge: Understanding of fitness, exercise programming, and basic nutrition principles.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Interpersonal Skills: Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Certification (Preferred): Personal training certification preferred but not required—must obtain within 90 days.
• Motivation: Goal-oriented, driven, and passionate about fitness and helping others succeed.
