We are seeking an excellent Experienced Medical Practice Manager to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and health services in hospitals, clinics or similar organizations. We are looking for a medical practice manager with experience managing, coordinating and directly completing the minute by minute tasks of running an outpatient medical practice. You will be performing these tasks and projects for a small independent practice that cares for cancer patients with life and death issues every single day. We are looking for an experienced medical practice manager that knows how to grow a small private practice within the DFW market. If you know how to present the physician with solutions instead of just more problems, if you know how to be the first point of contact to ensure every task and project is completed better than expected, and if you know the personal reward of doing your job to the absolute best of your ability everyday then read on... If you are looking for a large healthcare institution with lots of doctors, executives and employees inside of a corporate operating structure, this position is NOT for you. If you are looking for a small outpatient private practice that needs an excellent experienced medical practice manager with strong business development and operations skills, this position is for you. In this position, you will be tasked with managing and growing a small independent private practice blessed with the honor and privilege of caring for cancer patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
• Plan and coordinate health services
• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to implement appropriate healthcare programs
• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner including charting, billing, compliance and more
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
• Medical practice development and operations
• Manage and ensure the grow of the small independent practice within the DFW market
• Escort patients to exam rooms, answer their questions and assist as needed
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

• Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong practice development and operations skills
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Exemplifies a "CAN DO" attitude and ability
