Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Executive Sous Chef role located in Lafayette, IN. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, assisting in menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes. The role also involves collaborating with the Head Chef and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
