Job Description

Mogul Chix has launched its newest division offering Lifestyle Management & Executive Talent Staffing. We are looking to expand our team and scale up our offerings to help high performing Female Founders & CEOs with these new services to complement our consulting and advisory services that we currently offer them. Our clients are busy women with a lot on their plates and are looking to hire talent for different projects to help them balance and manage their personal and professional lives. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Estate Manager to oversee the operations of our clients’ household/estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the property, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping. The Estate Manager will be the main point of contact for staff, contractors, and vendors, and will be expected to manage budgets and ensure that all activities are carried out in a professional and efficient manner. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the daily operations of the property, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping Manage and supervise staff, contractors, and vendors Ensure the property is maintained to a high standard and that all equipment is in good working order Develop and implement policies and procedures for the property Manage budgets and ensure that all activities are carried out within budget constraints Act as the main point of contact for all communications relating to the property Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed Plan and coordinate events and activities on the property Deal with any issues or problems that may arise and take appropriate action to resolve them

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, or similar role Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills Ability to handle budgets and strong financial management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of property maintenance and security Knowledge of health and safety regulations Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks A high level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality A bachelor's degree in a business A clean driving record Proof of Covid vaccination No criminal record Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Referral program Schedule: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Choose your own hours Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift On call Overnight shift Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Budgeting: 5 years (Required) Financial management: 5 years (Required) Crew management: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Mogul Chix LLC
