Maintenance Technician Job Description We are actively hiring for Maintenance Technicians with strong technical and mechanical aptitude. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring equipment status, supporting machinery tear down and reassembly, and learning basic equipment technician tactics alongside a technician.
Responsibilities - Monitor the internal dashboard of equipment to check status.
- Partner with a technician to learn processes and basic equipment technician tactics.
- Support the tear down and reassembly of machinery to understand the mechanics before repairs.
- Assist in machinery repair, maintenance, and installation tasks.
Essential Skills - Technical skills with an Associate's degree, military experience, or 2+ years of relevant work history.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Experience in automation, robotics, electrical troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.

Work Environment You will work in a clean room environment, requiring smocks and hair/beard nets for those who need them. You will partner with a technician to learn processes, with approximately six months of training. The shift is Thursday to Saturday from 6 am to 5:30 pm, with every other Wednesday off. This equates to 36 hours in week 1 and 48 hours in week 2.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
