Key responsibilities of the Director of Finance role

• Overall financial leadership of the business unit with the day to day involvements in all accounting procedures and oversight of staff.
• Working closely with the GM, responsible for providing high level of strategic support to continue growing the business at optimum profitability.
• The Director of Finance will have full responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, internal controls, cash management and audit.
• Lead on any ERP implementations and upgrades
• Additional duties as assigned

Key preferences of the Director of Finance

• Bachelors Accounting or Finance, CPA/MBA is a plus
• Manufacturing experience is required - high level of in-depth experience working with operations and executive leadership.
