Job Description: Director of Finance
Salary:$100,000-$120,000

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and audits to maintain strong financial health.
• Develop and implement financial policies and controls to safeguard company assets and support regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making.
• Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or CPA) preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience in team management and a commitment to fostering professional development.
