Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

As the Director of Finance, you will:

• Oversee full-cycle month-end close processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements for stakeholders.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating closely with program managers to assess and address budgetary needs.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Oversee grant management and ensure proper allocation and compliance for donor contributions.
• Support annual audit and tax preparation processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or MBA preferred).
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Experience in the nonprofit sector (preferred but not required).
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
