Audrey's LLC is a leader in the home and decorative accessories business and has been serving customers for over 40 years. Audrey's is part of Grace Management Group, a privately held group of gift, fragrance and accessories companies based in Spartanburg, SC.

We hire fun, friendly people and are currently looking to fill a Customer Service Representative position in our Customer Service department.

Job Summary: Provide excellent customer service to our customers through all forms of communication

Job Skills Required:

· Team Player, Enjoys fast paced, fast changing work environment

· Enthusiastic

· Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

· Loves talking to people

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent computer skills – including Microsoft Office and Excel

Job Duties:

· Own all order entry and customer service for the Faire channel.

· Providing a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism with internal and external customers.

· Educating and engaging customers through inbound calls from customers.

· Answering calls that are in the queue.

· Interfacing with other departments and support channels on customer's behalf when necessary.

· Ability to maintain an exceptional phone presence even in difficult or complex situations; able to respond, follow-up and record calls appropriately.

· Ability to enhance customer relationship through professional high quality communication.

· Ability to adjust to new circumstances; can handle operational changes with ease and confidence

· Accept ownership for solving difficult problems, and handling unusual situations.

· Can identify difficult problems, their causes, and use proper judgment to implement appropriate solutions.

· Must be receptive to direction and coaching provided by management.

· Must be able to multi-task.

· Internal candidate must be performing in an above average capacity in their current position and be an employee in good standing
