Get to Know Your Team: Lovelace Medical Center is an acute care hospital with 263 licensed beds, providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology, and oncology services. Responsibilities This position is intended to prepare the CT Simulator Technologist for enrollment in Radiation Therapy School. The selected individual will be required to apply to and attend an RTT program within two (2) years of their hire date. The role involves performing prescribed Radiation Oncology and Radiologic imaging procedures under the direction of a licensed medical provider. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain patient safety. This position may also include clerical duties such as filing, record maintenance, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and data entry. Qualifications Job Requirements : Associate degree in Radiologic Sciences or Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Program Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Radiation Safety procedures In-depth knowledge of medical records documentation. Basic computer knowledge American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) Radiologic Technologist Certificate issued by the State of NM. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred Job Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree One (1) year of related experience in a hospital setting
