Clerical Assistant
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Clerical Assistants in a healthcare setting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at providing excellent customer service, and has strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:

* Perform general clerical duties, including greeting patients, registering patients, data entry, scheduling meetings/apointments, collecting co-pay.
* Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
* Serve as a liaison between patients, nurses, physicians, and other staff.
* Maintain a professional demeanor and interact effectively with patients throughout the day.
Qualifications:

* Minimum of two years experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or medical office environment.
* High school diploma or GED equivalence required.
* Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
* Bilingual in Spanish preferred or French.
* Familiarity with medical terminology is an advantage.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail in a busy setting.
