Brand Marketing Specialist:
Are you highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to an innovative in-house Brand Marketing Team? We are looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in executing impactful marketing campaigns. Reporting to a Brand Manager, this role supports our subservicing client teams and manages critical projects from concept to execution.
As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, monitor results, and support client onboarding communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, print, digital, and media channels.
* Collaborate on marketing plans, creative briefs, consumer research, and measurement strategies.
* Manage daily project activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Support subservicing client onboarding by developing private label customer communications and onboarding materials.
* Act as a brand steward, ensuring customer-centric messaging and consistency across touchpoints.
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams, including Legal, Compliance, and business partners.
* Coordinate with the Creative Services team to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
* Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Prepare and distribute weekly status reports to keep partner teams informed.
* Work with external partners to create innovative customer communications, such as emails, postcards, videos, and other digital media.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field-or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience with integrated communications programs, agency or client-side experience preferred.
* Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Proficiency in project management tools like Workfront or Basecamp and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with SQL and data analysis is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across remote and in-person environments.
* Experience managing client onboarding processes and cross-functional collaboration.
* Knowledge of legal and compliance processes related to marketing and communications.
